Responsibilities

• Implement the Agile approach to testing within our suite of track and trace products.
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to execute Test Plans for new and existing projects.
• Carry out testing efforts for various engagements, ensuring thorough test coverage.
• Work closely with Product Owners and Project Managers to ensure that testing aligns with the company's strategic direction.
• Hands-on experience in Test Automation is desirable, especially in supporting release on demand.
• Understand and utilize CI/CD concepts and test/build pipelines.
• Assist in setting up and maintaining the test environment for the Digital domain.
• Enhance testing efficiency throughout the supply chain by identifying opportunities to reduce costs and increase automation usage.

Qualification

• The successful candidate will have a proven track record in a similar QA Engineer position
• Experience within Enterprise systems and mobile apps
• Stakeholder Management across varying management layers
• Experience in fast-paced delivery environments with competing priorities
• Experience of Agile Methodologies
• Well-versed with QA metrics and SLAs
• Self-directed and highly adaptive to changing priorities
• Knowledge of SQL for database querying and validation
• Experience with API testing
• Familiarity with C#, Python, and SpecFlow 

Your profile:

• At least 5 years of experience in test management development.

• Proven ability to work effectively in large teams.

• Fluency in English.

• Methodical approach, adaptability, quick learning ability, independence, and strong teamwork skills.
