Head of Human Resources – CHRO
We are seeking our new Head of HR to contribute to strategic coordination and facilitate a seamless succession process in view of the current Chief of Staff’s retirement planned for the end of 2026.

As we continue to strengthen our global organization, we are seeking a Head of HR to provide strategic leadership and operational excellence, while supporting a smooth succession process in view of our current Chief of Staff’s planned retirement at the end of 2026.
Purpose of the Role
As a key member of the Executive Leadership team, the Head of Human Resources drives the company’s people strategy to enable growth, performance, and innovation. The CHRO shapes the organization’s culture, ensures alignment between business strategy and people priorities, and builds the capabilities needed for long-term success.
This role combines strategic foresight with hands-on leadership to foster an engaging, high-performing, and inclusive environment across all locations. The CHRO also takes charge, with their team, of day-to-day HR and administrative tasks, and is the main HR contact for employees and managers, providing reliable support to leadership.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic People Leadership
- Define and implement the global People Strategy aligned with business objectives, supporting growth, innovation, and profitability.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and Executive Committee on all talent, culture, and organizational matters.
- Anticipate workforce needs and design agile people models that scale with the company’s international expansion.
- Drive strategic HR planning including workforce design, succession planning, and leadership pipeline development.
2. Culture, Leadership & Engagement
- Shape and sustain a purpose-driven, high-performance culture rooted in innovation, accountability, and collaboration.
- Partner with leaders to strengthen managerial effectiveness and leadership maturity across all levels.
- Support leadership team in delivering clear, consistent and engaging internal communication (including tool design e.g., townhalls, newsletters, surveys)
- Lead initiatives that enhance employee engagement, well-being, and sense of belonging.
- Ensure that company values are lived consistently and embedded into key people processes (recruitment, recognition, promotion, annual salary review, etc.).
- Support the rollout of employer branding (new branding expected Q1’26)
3. Talent Acquisition & Development
- Lead talent acquisition strategy to attract and retain top tech and business talent globally.
- Partner with hiring managers to define job profiles, interview processes and selection criteria, and manage recruitment process with managers on key positions
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and consistent employer brand across regions
- Support employer branding initiatives and talent pipeline development for critical roles
- Design learning and development programs that accelerate individual growth and team performance.
- Drive performance management and career development frameworks that support continuous learning and growth (performance review, Individual development plans).
4. Organization Design & Change
- Partner with the CEO and business leaders to evolve the organizational structure in line with strategic priorities.
- Support transformation initiatives (e.g., digitalization, new business models, M&A integrations) with robust change management.
- Develop HR analytics and KPIs to measure organizational effectiveness and inform decision-making.
5. HR Operations, Compliance, Governance & Risk Management
- Oversee all HR operations to ensure reliability, compliance, and scalability (contracts, on-boarding & off-boarding, payroll, HRMS, compensation, benefits and employee programs, including company vehicle management).
- Ensure legal and regulatory compliance across all countries where the company operates (labor laws, internal policies, ISO standards).
- Partner with Finance and Legal to manage compensation policy, and total rewards.
6. Leadership & Team
- Build and lead a strong, business-oriented HR team that combines strategic acumen and operational excellence.
- Coordinate with local HR contacts and site managers across countries (France, Switzerland, Colombia, India, Germany, Poland, Spain, etc.).
- Coach and develop HR leaders and local HR partners across countries to ensure consistent global practices.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration and act as a connector between teams, functions, and geographies.
Profile Requirements
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 15+ years of HR experience, including significant leadership roles in international, tech or innovation-driven environments.
- Proven track record in building and scaling HR functions in fast-growth or transformation contexts, in an IT or technology-driven company.
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen, capable of influencing and challenging the executive team.
- Deep expertise across the HR value chain: talent, culture, leadership, organization design, HR operations and compliance.
- Inspirational leader with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of Swiss and European labor laws, with multi-country HR experience.
- Fluent in English and French; additional languages are a plus.
