Role Overview
We are seeking an HR Business Partner with experience in international environments, ideally within the IT or Tech industry, to support the full HR lifecycle across Spain and Colombia, while also providing support for additional regions as needed. Reporting to the Chief People & Culture Officer, this role requires strong operational HR expertise, a solid compliance focus, and the ability to collaborate effectively with remote global teams.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
Serve as the first point of contact for employees in Spain and Colombia, providing guidance and support across all HR matters
Support the full employee lifecycle
Monitor and maintain accurate employee data in HR systems (including absences, overtime, changes, and employee records)
Respond to HR‑related managers and employee’s inquiries, providing timely and high‑quality support
Manage HRMS platforms, including system implementation, configuration, and ongoing operational maintenance
Manage employee relations and oversee local HR processes, documentation, and operational compliance
Compliance, Governance & Audit
Ensure compliance with the local labor law, internal HR policies, and employment regulations
Align HR processes with information security, data protection, and internal controls
Manage HR-related preparation and documentation processes for internal/external ISO/ISMS audits
Payroll & Compensation
Ensure payroll data accuracy, compliance, and data integrity in close partnership with Finance, Legal teams, and external payroll providers, including coordination on employment law, contracts, and payroll‑related matters
Support compensation frameworks and the governance of benefits and allowances, including annual salary review, promotion, and bonus processes
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in HR Management or a related field
5 - 10 years of proven HR experience within an international environment
Strong knowledge of Spanish labor law; willingness to learn rules for other countries.
Strong organizational and communication skills
Knowledge of payroll processes, Compensation & Benefits expertise is definitely an asset.
Experience in participation in external and internal audits
Strong expertise in HR Processes and understanding of employee life cycle
Fluent in English and Spanish; French is a plus
High adaptability and resilience in dynamic, fast‑changing, remote, and multicultural settings
Ability to independently plan and carry out the tasks assigned
