We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Project Manager to join our Finance team. This FP&A-aligned role serves as a key business partner to Project Managers, ensuring strong financial oversight across project lifecycles- from planning to execution and reporting. You will play a pivotal role in driving project profitability, supporting decision-making, and enhancing financial performance through robust analysis and operational support.

Please note that the position is available at our office in Lausanne, Switzerland, or Kraków, Poland. In both locations, we offer a hybrid work model combining remote work and on-site presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Support: Collaborate with Project Managers to prepare project invoicing schedules, resource allocations, and procurement activities.
• Project Monitoring & Closing: Track project progress, delivery deviations, and apply cut-off procedures, particularly for large-scale or recurring implementation projects.
• Financial Control & Risk Management: Monitor financial health of projects (margin analysis, provisions, billing accuracy, etc.) and help mitigate operational risks.
• Performance Reporting & Forecasting: Produce monthly performance dashboards and reports; continuously improve reporting tools, including forecasting capabilities.
• Operational Support: Provide day-to-day support to Project Managers on finance and administrative matters, such as employee assignments, offer pricing, PO creation, and invoicing plan execution.

Your profile

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Controlling, FP&A, or Project Accounting (relevant internships considered).
• Experience working directly with internal stakeholders, suppliers, or clients.
• Exposure to project management or project-based environments is a plus.
• Understanding of software/SaaS business models is an asset.
• Proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel & PowerPoint).
• Fluency in English and French required; Spanish is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural, fast-paced environment.
